Meet the Maxxsonics Management Team:

Alden Stiefel built Maxxsonics with a passion for offering the best car, marine and home audio products that had relevance and brand recognition in the marketplace. He brought together the four brands of Maxxsonics that include MB Quart, Hifonics, Crunch and Autotek to provide a wide range of choice from entry-level to premium performance. Stiefel commented on his vision stating, “We continuously invest in people and technologies to make improvements, to innovate and bring products to market faster. We look to our existing partnerships and recognize that product development starts with our customer’s input.”

Ted Henricks, Vice President of Sales and Marketing oversees the strategic sales plan and sales growth of Maxxsonics. He keeps an open channel of communication with distributors and dealers and gathers feedback from their direct experience. “Our distribution model allows us to offer a wider range of product providing dealers with a choice of outstanding brands and price ranges,” stated Henricks. Ted has dedicated his career to consumer electronics and has been with Maxxsonics since its inception. Together with the Product Development team, Ted focuses on bringing product to market that is appropriate, viable and advantageous.

Vice President of Operations, Bill Koza’s concentration is two-fold. Under the area of Operations, Bill exposes opportunities for productivity improvements throughout the company. He is committed to formulating overall policies, making purchasing decisions and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Bill’s other area of expertise is in Marketing. Bill recognizes the significance of a multi-branding strategy and manages the Marketing team in terms of the overall global communication plan. “I appreciate the synergy between improving our products and technology along with building our corporate image and promoting the autonomy of our brands,” said Koza.

Sherri Sawyer is Maxxsonics Vice President of Finance overseeing the organization’s financial goals, objectives and budgets. Sherri is responsible for the investment of funds and manages associated risks, supervises cash management activities, and executes capital-raising strategies to support expansion. “It’s great to be part of such a successful organization that actively searches for opportunities and future growth,” stated Sawyer. As a CPA and key member in the management team, Sherri will continue to be involved in future corporate acquisitions.

John Studley’s extensive product knowledge and experience has solidified his position as an industry expert in the complex world of car, marine and home audio. John and his team are responsible for the exhaustive research and meticulous development and design of every product that includes the prestigious Maxxsonics logo. According to Studley, “The relationships I have established with our vendors and the development of new technologies are paramount to the success of our business,” stated Studley. “We have established infallible engineering and manufacturing processes in our factories that ensure our high quality standards,” he further added.

Responsible for Maxxsonics’ International Sales, Julio Reyes understands the customer better than anyone else. Julio’s fluency in Spanish is valued by many of his Latin American customers and others throughout the world. He prides himself on his attentiveness to his customers and his family-oriented style. Julio takes the time to listen to his customers. When asked to summarize his successful approach, Julio responded, “I always put the customer’s needs first. If I don’t know the answer to your question, I will find it.”

Marc Sullivan’s position as Assistant Vice President of Operations is an integral part of the Maxxsonics mission. “As our company grows the importance of creating and sustaining standard procedures ultimately helps us make better products, deliver more efficiently and reduce costs,” stated Sullivan. “We are always analyzing and implementing process improvements that will benefit our customers while adapting to the changing marketplace.” Marc’s experience with ISO9001 compliance and expertise in the areas of business growth further support Maxxsonics in providing a higher level of product selection, quality and service to the customer.
